This Privacy Policy explains what information Credlyze, operated by Workmind Provedor de Conteudo LTDA (CNPJ 51.535.198/0001-49) (“we”, “us”), collects when you visit credlyze.com, how we use it and what choices you have. It describes the technologies the site actually uses today.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

If you use our contact form, we receive the information you type into it: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We use it only to read and respond to your message. Please do not include sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords or full payment card numbers in your message. We never ask for those details.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our web server records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, the date and time, the pages requested, the referring page and your browser and device type. These server logs are used to operate and secure the site and to diagnose technical problems.

Anti-Spam Measures

To protect the contact form from automated abuse, the form uses a hidden field, a timing check and a limit on how many messages can be submitted from the same network address in a short period. For the rate limit, we store a one-way hashed representation of the network address temporarily. We do not use it to identify you.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Credlyze does not set cookies of its own for tracking or advertising, and we do not currently use analytics or advertising services. The site does not load third-party fonts or scripts. Your browser may store standard technical data (for example, cached files) to display the site faster. If we add analytics, advertising or other technologies that use cookies or similar identifiers in the future, we will update this policy first and provide any notices or choices that the law requires.

Your Cookie and Consent Choices

The site shows a notice that lets you accept or reject advertising cookies and similar technologies. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name credlyze_consent; it is not a cookie, and it is not sent to our servers. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by clearing your browser’s site data. Because no advertising or analytics technologies are active today, the choice currently has no effect on what the site loads. It is recorded so that, if we add advertising later, we honor it: advertising scripts will not be loaded unless you have accepted.

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of correction requests, and then delete them when they are no longer needed. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, in line with our hosting configuration.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the site and the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you from a contact message, or to ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law. Use our contact page to make a request.

Children’s Privacy

Credlyze is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
